Nate Smith has over 15 years of steady growth in knowledge and surveying experience, working under the supervision of many licensed engineers and land surveyors. Over his career, he has worked on projects located throughout Connecticut, Georgia, Virginia and Tennessee, to North and South Carolina.

 

Nate has managed projects involving complex surveying and construction layout staking and has a diverse background in training Engineers, Superintendents and Foremen in Surveying practices, and the use of new technologies. Nate has led or supervised all surveying services including: client relations, project pricing, field surveying, boundary calculations, drafting, surveying, accounting and budgeting.
 

Nate has extensive knowledge in highway corridor project management and large tract surveys as they relate to engineering objectives and right of way acquisitions, as well as construction, data collection and as-built records.  He is a multi-talented leader who possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge, along with great coordinating, scheduling and budgeting skills.
